Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using Glory Desk software published by MT GLORY CO ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms and our EULA.

2. License

Glory Desk is licensed, not sold. Each license key is valid for one computer (Hardware ID) and the tier purchased. Redistribution of keys is prohibited.

3. Payment & refunds

Prices are quoted in RWF unless otherwise agreed. Refunds are at MT GLORY CO discretion within 14 days if the software has not been activated.

4. Support

Email support@mtglory.com. Enterprise tier includes priority response times as defined in your contract.

5. Limitation of liability

Glory Desk is provided as operational business software. MT GLORY CO is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the software.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Rwanda unless otherwise specified in a written enterprise agreement.
