Data we collect

When you request a license: business email, company name, tier, and Hardware ID. When you create a cloud account: email and organization name. Payment details are handled by your chosen payment provider, not stored on our servers unless required for invoicing.

Desktop data

Glory Desk stores business data locally on your PC (%LocalAppData%\GloryDesk). We do not access this data unless you explicitly enable Enterprise cloud sync.

How we use data

To issue licenses, provide support, send product updates, and operate the cloud sync service (Enterprise).
