End User License Agreement (EULA)

Grant of license

MT GLORY CO grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Glory Desk on one computer per issued key, subject to the tier limits (products, locations, features).

Restrictions

• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent license validation.
• You may not share, resell, or publish license keys.
• Hardware transfer requires a new key or approved transfer from support.

Intellectual property

Glory Desk and all related materials remain the property of MT GLORY CO. Your business data remains yours.

Termination

License expires on the date encoded in your key. MT GLORY CO may terminate for violation of this EULA.

Acceptance

Installing or activating Glory Desk constitutes acceptance of this EULA.
